SOAR — Save Our Areas to Ride — is a statewide advocacy organization dedicated to protecting, strengthening, and expanding off-road riding opportunities across Pennsylvania.

SOAR brings together off-road parks, dealerships, manufacturers, riding clubs, businesses, and enthusiasts under one unified voice. Our goal is to ensure that Pennsylvania remains a place where off-road recreation can thrive for generations to come.

Across the Commonwealth, riding areas face increasing pressure from rising insurance costs, liability challenges, and regulatory uncertainty. Without coordinated advocacy and industry collaboration, many of these areas risk becoming increasingly difficult to operate and maintain.

SOAR was created to address these challenges by representing the interests of the off-road community, supporting riding area operators, and educating policymakers on the economic and recreational value of off-road riding.

By bringing together parks, riders, businesses, and industry partners, SOAR works to strengthen the off-road ecosystem and protect access to the places where Pennsylvanians ride.
